Understudy Theater is a serialized soap opera to be presented in three installments this season; an absurdity-laced visit to the seaside town of Machination Cove, built on the back of beasts and populated by oddballs, liars, and parrots. Please join us in supporting transformative theater in the Chequamegon Bay Area.

Will there be intrigue, you ask?
Just the right amount, and then too much.
And what of betrayal, will there be betrayal?
Familial, professional, and emotional, with confidences a given.
Is there to be scheming?
Don’t tell anyone, but it’s basically one giant rat king of schemes.
But what of love, of romance?
Why we’ve got it all wrong in ways so cute it has to be love!
