Dark Sky Dinner

January 17 @ 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Join us as we celebrate with Bayfield & the Apostle Islands & the Friends of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore from January 17th – January 25th as the night sky features the brilliant planet Jupiter, the late-setting planet Saturn, and the prominent winter constellations. The moon will be waxing making it an excellent time to observe the dark sky.

We’ll be kicking off a week long celebration of night sky walks, telescope viewing, night sky photography, the UMD Traveling Planetarium, family friend activities & more with a Dark Sky Dinner here at Good Thyme as well as telescope viewing on the grounds outside the restaurant.

Dinner will be exclusively candlelight & our parking lot and grounds illuminated with ice luminaries *weather pending of course.*

Reservations are highly encouraged for our Dark Sky Dinner featuring our regular dinner menu as well as a featured Dark Sky Tribute menu.
