Chastity Brown at The Backstage – May 17

One of our favorite Backstage performances of last year was Chastity Brown, and it sold out quickly so many of you missed it. Don’t miss this second chance at the command return of this charismatic, edgy, and wildly talented musician based out of Minneapolis.

Critics have dubbed her “a banjo-playing soul-singer” and “a rocking, rolling encyclopedia of roots music”. NPR calls Brown’s music a “A work of brooding soul eloquence, alt-rock wiriness, atmospheric pop sweetening and folk-infected naturalness.”
