SUMMARY:The 68th Herbster Community Club Smelt Fry (and Whitefish too)
DESCRIPTION:The Herbster Community Club will host its 68th Herbster Smelt Fish Fry & Raffle on Saturday\, April 25\, 2026\, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Historic Log Gym\, 86870 Lenawee Road in Herbster. \n\n\n\nThe annual event invites the community to come together for good food\, friends\, and a great cause. Guests can enjoy a classic Northwoods meal featuring fried smelt and whitefish\, baked beans\, cole slaw\, bread\, and beverages. Beer and wine will also be available. \n\n\n\nAdmission is $15 for adults\, $5 for children ages 6 to 12\, and free for kids 5 and under. \n\n\n\nIn addition to the fish fry\, attendees can take part in hourly raffles and drawings totaling more than $7\,000\, including a $1\,000 grand prize. \n\n\n\nAccording to the event flyer\, profits from the fundraiser will support scholarships and community projects. \n\n\n\nThe event is sponsored by the Herbster Community Club\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
